One of our 4 Purposes of why Epic exists is to reach out in Missions. There are infinite opportunities to help cure social injustice in the world around us. We may never reach them all but we will reach some. God has blessed our country and people with financial means, political freedom and religious free-will. It is our duty as Christians to reach out to those who might not have what we have. The bible says "To whom much is given, much is required" and we have been given much as a nation. Lets not make Missions an obligation but a joy to sow into dry ground the seeds we have plenty of.

Later this year we will be starting up the project to dig clean water wells in Africa. Studies show clean water is a necessary piece to curing the AIDs epidemic in Africa. We will be raising funds and awareness for the need of clean water. We will be working through BloodWaterMission.org in making this happen.

There are so many ways to help in the world, because there are so many social injustices around every corner. It is very easy to get overwhelmed when trying to help. Just because we offer many opportunities to help doesn't mean you are required to. Pray about what you should do. Because we don't want to make this an obligation for anyone but let it be a joy to help those who often cannot help themselves.
